Vanda Orchids are popular for growing indoor and outdoor –outdoor if you are in a warm environment-.

Blue vanda orchid species grow in the lower regions of the Himalayas between about 600m and 1300m.

Today vanda orchids grow as vanda hybrids in almost every good tropical orchid garden or nursery.

Very beautiful is a red vanda. Vanda have been first discovered by William Griffith in 1847.
